Agreement to These Terms

This Purchase Policy applies to paid and complimentary tickets, passes, and other admission credentials issued for the Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo. A ticket is a limited, revocable license to enter the event and use the seat or admission described on the ticket, subject to these terms.

The purchaser is responsible for providing this policy to anyone who receives or uses a ticket from the purchaser. An adult accompanying a minor accepts these terms on the minor’s behalf to the extent permitted by law.

Ticket Validity and Authorized Sellers

Each ticket contains a unique admission code. Only the first valid scan will be accepted; copied, duplicated, altered, or previously redeemed tickets will be rejected. Photo identification may be required to confirm a purchase or admit a guest.

Purchase tickets only through links provided on 3drodeo.com or through an authorized Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo sales location. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers may be counterfeit, duplicated, lost, stolen, or otherwise invalid. The rodeo cannot guarantee admission or provide refunds for tickets acquired from an unauthorized source.

Unlawful resale or attempted resale may result in cancellation without refund. Tickets may not be used in advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or other commercial activity without prior written permission from the Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo and, when applicable, the PRCA.

Refunds and Event Changes

All ticket sales are final unless the Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo announces otherwise or a refund is required by law. Refunds and exchanges are not ordinarily provided for personal schedule changes, travel disruptions, weather, or changes to contestants, performers, venue, date, or start time.

If an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed, rodeo management will announce any available ticket transfer, credit, or refund process. Any remedy may be limited to qualifying tickets purchased through an authorized sales channel. Service and processing fees may be nonrefundable unless otherwise announced or required by law.

Ticket holders are responsible for keeping their purchase email address current and monitoring official Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo communications for event updates.

Admission and Conduct

Admission remains subject to venue capacity, security screening, the Security Policies, and instructions from rodeo staff. Management may refuse admission or remove a guest whose conduct endangers others, disrupts the event, violates venue rules, or breaches these ticket terms. Removal for a policy violation does not qualify for a refund.

PRCA Ticket Conditions

The following additional conditions apply to admission for PRCA-sanctioned performances and activities:

  • The ticket is a revocable license. Violating these terms or venue rules may terminate the license and result in ticket cancellation, denied entry, or removal without refund.
  • Ticket holders may not record, transmit, distribute, sell, or help another person commercially exploit any description, account, photograph, video, audio, or other reproduction of the event or surrounding activities without the required written authorization.
  • Tickets and event content may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or other commercial or trade purposes without written consent from the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, its affiliates, and any other applicable rights holder.
  • Each ticket holder permits the PRCA, the Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo, and their authorized representatives to use the holder’s image, likeness, voice, actions, and statements captured at the event in live or recorded media for promotional, commercial, broadcast, or archival purposes without additional authorization or compensation.
  • Rodeo events involve inherent hazards. To the extent permitted by law, each ticket holder voluntarily accepts the risk of property damage, personal injury, or death arising before, during, or after the event.
  • Ticket holders and their belongings may be searched as a condition of entry. A guest who does not consent to a required search may be denied admission.

Unauthorized use of event content or other breaches may also subject the responsible person to remedies available to the PRCA, the rodeo, and other rights holders.

Purchase Questions and Disputes

Please contact the Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo before initiating a payment dispute so the organization has an opportunity to review the purchase and explain any available options. A payment dispute or chargeback does not create a right to a refund outside this policy, and tickets associated with a reversed or disputed payment may be canceled.

Questions about a purchase may be sent to info@3drodeo.com. Include the purchaser’s name, order number, event date, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full payment card details by email.

Policy Changes

The Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page. The policy in effect at the time a ticket is used will govern admission to the extent permitted by law.

Effective July 14, 2026.
